Car Wash Field Technician

Description:

Troubleshooting electrical, plumbing and mechanical issues on all types of car washes (e.g. tunnels, in-bay automatics, self-serve).  Interfacing with site managers, owners and/or operators.  Performing preventative maintenance on: washes, doors, heaters, water softeners, spot free units, air compressors, etc. Removal and installation of all of the aforementioned equipment in addition to some car wash chemical work.

Typical Hours:

Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Area of Operation: 

  • Denver Metropolitan
  • Colorado Springs
  • Pueblo
  • Some Wyoming Locations

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting salary range DOE – $32,000/year to $50,000/year

Position Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass a illicit-substance urinalysis (marijuana included in panel)
  • Must have clean motor vehicle record

  • Must have own set of hand tools
  • Must be able to work at heights, on ladders, and boom lifts
  • Job requires some heavy lifting
  • Should have good mechanical aptitude
  • Should be comfortable with plumbing & electrical
  • Should be able to read and follow diagrams and schematics
  • Must be able to work independently and with a team/crew
  • Must be extremely safety minded
  • Must be self-motivated and dependable
  • Must be willing to work on a rotating on-call/afterhours and weekends schedule

Account Manager & Outside Sales

Description:

Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. Daily/Weekly/Monthly management of house accounts. Generates revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, cold calls and closing sales; recommending new products and services.

Description:

Serves customers by dispatching installation and repair services and maintaining records.  Maintains inventory by counting stock and reconciling discrepancies.  Shipping and receiving, general warehouse organization and some in town deliveries.

  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Should have forklift and materials handling experience
  • Job requires some heavy lifting
  • Must be able to work independently and with a team/crew
  • Must be extremely safety minded
  • Must be self-motivated and dependable
  • QuickBooks experience is a plus
  • Must possess a general knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Duties:

  • Receive & record service requests; identify appropriate service tech
  • Monitor service progress
  • Redirect service techs for additional support
  • Notify supervisor of extraordinary problems
  • Provides the answering service with info regarding continuing issues & with the names of on-call techs.
  • Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
  • Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents
  • Updates service logs/database by verifying and entering data
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
  • Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • Assures inventory availability by scheduling counts; counting stock; reconciling discrepancies
  • Verifies inventory by comparing actual counts of stock, manufacturing orders, requisitions, credit returns
  • Locates inventory by coordinating materials warehousing, pulling, packing, and shipping
  • Documents actions by completing reports and records
  • Maintains safe work environment by following standards and procedures
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
  • Accomplishes warehousing and organization mission by completing related results as needed
